Both meditations are interactive and designed to help your children to regulate, move energy and express how they’re feeling without even realising they are doing it.
The meditations have been infused with reiki and are set to music played at 528hz. This frequency of sound helps to increase awareness, inner peace, creativity and concentration. It is often described as the “Love Frequency”, something I hope for our children to give to themselves.
